Equilibre is a residential interior design studio serving clients in New York City and the Pacific Northwest. We believe that great design comes from working in concert with the natural world’s orientation towards balance and harmony.
Our work explores and embraces paradox. It is though the co-mingling of seemingly contradictory mediums that we balance the feeling of a space. An example is our integration of both Art and Science. We marry the emotional potency of aesthetic beauty (Art) with the mathematical relationships required among interlocking elements (Science), so that all the aspects at play in a space meld into a harmonious whole.
